Tim Lovett

Tim Lovett, Managing Director

Keeping it in the family, Tim is the son of founders Sue and Terry, and joined the company in January 2015. Tim has years of experience in bricks and mortar, and was previously based in London working with a large housing association on the transformation of the Olympic Athletes Village in Stratford, developing it into a new residential community. Tim is St.Neots born and bred, and has a real soft spot for the town. After 12 years working in London, he now appreciates the quieter life in Cambridgeshire!

Graham Bond

Graham Bond, Office Manager / Director

Born, bred and educated in St.Neots, there really isn’t anything Graham doesn’t know about PE19! Graham is a surrogate son of the Lovett family, having first joined the business as a Junior Negotiator aged 20 - during the early ‘Keys Estate Agents’ days. After a brief sojourn working in Lincoln during the 1990’s Graham returned as Office Manager at the turn of the Century, and is now a Director of the Company. Graham represents and personifies the ‘Lovett Way’ of Estate Agency. No hard-sell, no hot-air – just honesty, integrity and professionalism. Graham is married with two children, and outside of work he volunteers for LIVES (Lincolnshire Integrated Voluntary Emergency Services) as a First Responder, and has helped save many lives over the years – something we are very proud of!

Anthony Charters

Anthony Charters, Lettings Director

Heading up our Lettings operation, Anthony started out in property as a young pup working for Lines in Huntingdon in the 1980’s. After successfully establishing his own Agency aged 20, he then joined Lovett’s in 1994, and has never looked back (we don’t think?)! With bags and bags of experience, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more honest, knowledgeable Lettings expert. Anthony has two children who are now grown up, which allows him more time to commit to sports! Someone who finds it impossible to sit still, Anthony represents St.Neots at both Squash and Dragonboating, and also loves running - in the small slivers of spare time that he has left!

David Hawkes

David Hawkes, Sales Manager

A strong Sales Team is key to any Estate Agency, and in David, we certainly have that. After joining us as a Negotiator in 2006, David has amassed a vast knowledge and experience of the industry and as Sales Manager he now drives this side of the business forward, with a strong emphasis on quality customer service. Having grown up locally David is naturally a Manchester United fan, and loves his sport. Today, he lives in Little Paxton with his Wife, Danielle.

Margaret Medlock

Margaret Medlock, Senior Administrator

Margaret has been with Lovett Sales and Lettings for 10 years, having joined as a Sales Administrator. This has since expanded to include Lettings and negotiating, and everything in between! Margaret and her family moved up to St.Neots eleven years ago from West Sussex, where she previously worked for another large Estate Agency. In their spare time, Margaret and her Husband are keen gardeners and love visiting auction houses and antique fairs, as well as walking their gorgeous Border Collie, Toby.

Emma Rigby

Emma Rigby, Property Manager

Having grown up in Hertfordshire, Emma moved to St.Neots in 2007 and has found it impossible to leave! Emma has been with us for 5 years now, and has become a key member of our Lettings Team – always offering superb customer service. Emma is another Dragonboating convert, and can now be spotted floating about on the Ouse on a weekly basis! Living locally she is a proud Mum to her daughter Amy, and Black Labrador Penny!

Laura McKendrick

Laura McKendrick, Property Manager

If Laura were on Mastermind, her specialist subject would definitely be either Property Management or the Life and Times of St.Neots! Another staff member born and bred in PE19, Laura has 11 years’ experience of both Sales and Lettings – two very different disciplines. Having been with Lovett’s since 2009, Laura is extremely comfortable with the processes required in property management – and as such ensures a smooth journey for our clients. Laura is married to Bob, and is mother to two (soon to be three) lovely children. A proud working Mum, Laura says the best thing about working here is the opportunity to have adult conversation once in a while……there’s a limitation to how much toddler talk someone can handle!

Gilly Askinazy, Property Manager

When it comes to PE19, Gilly has a wealth of knowledge, and it’s probably fair to say she knows about 90% of the town’s population too! Gilly has been with us now for 10 years, and as a property inspector could tell a story or two! This commitment to her job also shows a huge breadth and depth of knowledge regarding property management – something that shines through in her work.

Sharlene Smith, Property Manager

Sharlene grew up in St Neots, and as a result has a superb knowledge of the local area. Previous to joining us in 2014, Sharlene worked in adult learning/training – something that developed her ability to communicate very well with people from all walks of life. Sharlene lives locally with her partner, and her dog (yes, another dog lover amongst us!)

Anne D'Arcy, Property Maintenance Manager

Anne first joined us in 1995, having made the move from up from London earlier that year. After leaving us for a short period, she made a very welcome return a while later, and has been back with us ever since! Anne’s role is crucial to the success of the Lettings Team, as she is the vital conduit between landlords, tenants and maintenance contractors – ensuring any repairs are dealt with as smoothly as possible! Anne is devoted to her grandchildren, and is loving seeing them grow up! She’s also a big fan of crafting, and a social butterfly!

Janeen Anger

Janeen Anger, Tenancy Renewal Administrator

Janeen joined Lovett Sales and Lettings seven years ago as our Lettings Administrator after working for a number of Conveyancing Solicitors offices in St Neots. Janeen has lived in St Neots for over 40 years with her family and has watched it grow steadily in that time. Her hobbies and interests, in any free time are, gardening, DIY, crafting and spoiling her cats! She also devised, owned and ran a Military Jewellery Postal Auction and now uses her attention to detail in dealing with our numerous tenancy renewals and enquiries!

Alison has extremely keen eye for detail – such is the need when dealing with over 900 lettings accounts! A doting mother to two lovely children, Alison lives locally and again was brought up just a stones throw from our offices!

Amy Lovat, Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk

Amy has worked in residential lettings for many years, and joined us back in the 'noughties' when we acquired Covehome. A registered member of ARLA, Amy is one of our key property inspectors, and has a knowledge of the industry that would be an asset to any lettings business. When she's not assessing our landlords properties, Amy likes to get involved in her local community, where she is involved in all things Am-Dram, daaahling!
