As part of our Continuous Service Improvement programme, we have recently made significant changes to our Property Management function, to ensure a better quality of service for our Landlords and Tenants. As such, we have introduced 3 full-time Property Portfolio Managers, to look after our managed properties.
Each Manager now has their own specific portfolio of properties that they manage – and will be the first and main point of contact for landlords and tenant enquiries. We believe these changes to our structure will bring:
A) More consistency in the service received (including inspections, inventories etc)
B) More accountability for the service delivered to our customers
C) Easier communication for our clients, with fewer people involved when handling enquiries
As part of these changes, Sharlene and Amy have moved onto pastures new, and we now have Sara Scaife and Tom Rose in place, joining Gilly Askinazy to make up the 3 full-time Portfolio Managers.
