Tim Lovett
Managing Director
Keeping it in the family, Tim is the son of founders Sue and Terry, and has been Managing Director since 2017. Tim has years of experience in bricks and mortar, previously working with a large housing association on the transformation of the Olympic Athletes Village in Stratford, developing it into a new residential community.
This knowledge has enabled Lovett’s to develop into a multi-faceted residential agency over the past few years, and will continue to do so.
Graham Bond
Director
Born, bred and educated in St.Neots, Graham completely personifies the ‘Lovett Way’ of Estate Agency. No hard-sell, no hot-air – just honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Anthony Charters
Lettings Director
Having set up his own Letting Agency aged 20, he then joined us at Lovett’s in 1994, and has never looked back (we don’t think?)! With bags and bags of experience, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more honest, knowledgeable Lettings expert.
David Hawkes
Sales Director
A strong Sales Director is key to any Estate Agency, and in David we certainly have that. After joining us as a Negotiator in 2006, David has amassed vast knowledge and experience of the industry and now drives this side of the business forward, with a strong emphasis on quality customer service.
Hilary Candlin
Accounts Manager
With 30+ years of accounts experience, Hilary is proper numbers bod! Having worked for almost a decade in the residential lettings industry, our Hils bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Team.
Janeen Anger
Tenancy Renewal Administrator
A St.Neots native, Janeen has lived in St Neots for over 40 years with her family, having previously worked in the legal field at a local Solicitors firm. She loves a bit of crafting and gardening – and uses that attention to detail in dealing with tenancy complexities!
Rosie Chapman
Sales Negotiator
Rosie joined us in May 2019, following a distinguished career in sales, across a number of different sectors. A resident of Eaton Ford, Rosie is real social butterfly and loves to be involved in the community - something St Neots has in abundance!

Administrator
Lisa works closely across a number of our teams, supporting the work of both tenancy renewals and accounts.
Another staff member who is St.Neots through and through – Lisa’s knowledge of the local area is a great plus for us as a company, and our clients alike.

Having grown up in Hertfordshire, Emma moved to St.Neots in 2007 and has found it impossible to leave. A key member of our Lettings Team – Emma loves her job of finding people their dream homes to move into!
Tom Rose

Tom joined us in Spring 2018 and comes with extensive knowledge and experience in the lettings sector.
Having previously worked for a large corporate, and also for a smaller university lettings company, Tom has had exposure to many different sides of the industry. With a keen focus on communication, Tom has quickly built up strong relationships with many landlord clients of ours.

Coming from Block Management background, Amy joined us in 2019, bringing with her a desire to just ‘get things done’ – which is ideal for her role as a Property Manager. Her level-headedness enables her to work very calmly, even during the most pressured of days!
