Lovett Sales & Lettings are delighted to announce that we've agreed to be a key sponsor at the annual St Neots Awards, held in September. In particular we are supporting the 'Best Community Group/Project' category. The deadline for nominations is the end of July, so please, if you know of any people or groups that are doing some fantastic work in the community (no matter how big or small) - please nominate them in one of the categories for the recognition they deserve!
Our MD Tim Lovett was interviewed on Black Cat Radio 107FM this morning to promote the awards alongside Town Centre Development Manager Katie Williams, and last years winner Mark Hawking from Switch Now Cafe.
Tim said "having been born and bred in St Neots, and operating our business from here since 1984, we feel very attached to the town. Without the local residents, we wouldnt have been able to flourish as a business - as such we wanted to give a bit back.
Before joining the family business, I had a career in community regeneration, with plenty of first hand experience working with community groups and projects. I've seen the often unheralded work that goes on, and the positive impact it can have on a community. Therefore this award category was perfect for us"

"I would like to thank you and your team for your help during the selling process. At the outset you were able to explain the procedure and point me in the right direction with regard to Solicitors and sorting out the EPC. I felt that the quality of the sales particulars were first class and I have no doubt that they played a big part in securing a sale. Your calm and professional attitude meant that I had no concerns even on moving day when things could have gone wrong with a technical issue at my purchasers Solicitors. The price for all of this was very competitive with no compromise in service. Certainly I would use Lovett Sales and Lettings again and I would recommend to friends and family in the future"
