Our Rent Pledge Proving a Firm Favourite

Mon 16 May 2016

In late 2015 we introduced an additional service to all new Landlords, called Rent Pledge. This feature is a fantastic add-on to our normal Full Management service, and has been hugely popular since its inception.

Rent Pledge guarantees our Landlords their rent every month for the entirety of the tenancy. So should your tenant, for whatever reason, miss their rent payment – we will still pay you on time.

Lettings Director Anthony Charters commented “We are very confident in our lettings procees, and have delivered a high quality service to Landlords for decades now – so much so that we are happy to take on the risk of unpaid rent. This gives Landlords the peace of mind they need for a hassle-free let”.

If you’re looking to let with Lovett’s, drop us a line and ask us about our Rent Pledge on 01480 218200 or info@lovettsalesandlettings.co.uk

"Knowledgeable of the local market without being pushy like some other agents. Kept informed of new viewings and the feedback. Negotiations of the offer were well advised and managed with an agreeable outcome. All in all very happy dealing with David and the other members of the team."
