Our third team member to take part in our Meet The Team series is our Lettings Director, Anthony Charters.

Lettings Director
How long have you been with Lovett Sales & Lettings?
Since 1995 (I think? It was so long ago now...)
What does your work at Lovett involve?
I have an extremely varied role which includes meeting potential landlords’ to discuss their needs and I also oversee and get involved with the referencing of tenants and organising the moving in dates and co-ordination all other aspects of what is required with fellow members of staff.  Plus lots of other things to make the Lettings dept run like a well-oiled machine!
What do you enjoy most about your job and why?
I enjoy going out and meeting new and existing landlords.  Always interested in peoples circumstances as to why they are looking to let their property - it is a people business, after all.  A lot of our landlords’ live overseas or fulfil their dreams to go off travelling and explore the World, which is great to hear about. I also enjoy putting together the photographic content, ready for marketing properties.
What’s the secret to good estate agency?
To be open, honest and straight to the point.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I'm a member of St Neots based Riverside Runners - I also play squash competitively, collect vinyl, eat great food & relax whenever possible!
Favourite holiday destination?
Orkney Islands - stunning!

Tim Burton, Bear Grylls, Jurgen Klopp
Guilty pleasure?
1980s movies like The Lost Boys!
