We’ve had an extremely busy September at Lovett’s, with the introduction of two new staff and a complete overhaul/replacement of our property management and CRM software.
With over 30 years of accounts experience, Hilary Candlin has joined as our new Accounts Manager – replacing Rachel Nundy, who has moved to pastures new.
It’s fair to say Hilary is an unashamed numbers bod! Having joined us in mid September, Hilary spent the previous 5 years working within the residential lettings industry for another market-leading independent agent.
As with most of our staff, Hilary lives locally in St Neots – and we’re delighted with the additional knowledge and experience she brings to our Team!
We also welcome Jess James, our new Trainee Sales Negotiator. Having had a buzz for property for the past few years now, Jess decided she wanted to pursue a career in residential sales, and took the plunge by joining us in September.
With a strong career in customer service under her belt, Jess has excellent communication skills and is a fantastic addition to our expanding Sales Team, where she will be working under the tutelage of our Sales Manager David Hawkes.
At Lovett’s we are value continuous service improvement in all aspects of the business. As with many service-based companies, our database and CRM software is the central hub to it all. Earlier this year we felt it was time to trade in our long-standing (but creaking) system. Over the past 4 months we have been working with the Property Software Group to implement a new ‘all-singing-all-dancing’ replacement system called Jupix, which has now finally gone live.
To migrate all of our current and historical sales and lettings information across has been a huge task, however now it is in place our Business, staff and our clients will reap the benefits. One example benefit will be a daily payment run for landlords – something that was previously only undertaken 3 times a week.
We’d like to thank all of our clients for bearing with us whilst this migration process was completed!
