Corporate golf day raises thousands for local charity

Mon 15 May 2017

Last week, Lovett Sales & Lettings were delighted to send a team to take part in the 7th annual Davey Grover charity golf day, held at Wybsoton Lakes. With the rain nowhere to be seen, teams enjoyed a fantastic day held in competitive spirit over 18 holes, with the eventual winners being The One Group.

As well as having a good day out, the purpose of the event was to raise as much money as possible for the chosen charity.  This year saw us supporting “Dreamdrops”, a Huntingdonshire children’s charity that makes a real difference to children and families who use hospital or specialist children’s health facilities. We're delighted to say that between all competing teams, we were able to make a donation of over £5,700 to the charity - a considerable amount of money for them.

A big thank you goes to Davey Grover for organising a wonderful day, and for supporting such a worthy charity. Here's to 2018!

"The staff are so accomodating and easy to communicate with. A lovely letting agent that sorted our transaction smoothly.:)"
