Advice For Concerned Kirby Landlords/Tenants

Mon 03 Aug 2015

We wanted to express our concern to those tenants and landlords affected by the closure of Kirby Property Management in Cambourne. Our advice to tenants would be to stop any standing orders or direct debits to the managing agent as soon as possible. Then aim to contact your landlord (details should be on your tenancy agreement) to arrange your rent payment directly with them.

We understand that the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) will be writing to affected tenants to inform them of thier next steps, however if your deposit was registered with the TDS, it should be protected, if you submit a claim within 90 days of the TDS writing to you. For further information, you can call the TDS on 01442 210 293.

Landlords can call us for advice or guidance on their individual situations. We have decades of experience and are very aware of the current situation in Cambourne. Our Team are on hand to help, and guide you through your current situation - just give us a call on 01480 218200, or email info@lovettsalesandlettings.co.uk.

"Lovetts sold two properties for me in a very short time. The whole experience was excellent and price compared to the competition was great. Everything ran like clockwork, the solicitors you recommended were on the ball and things went through without a hitch. All in all, a job well from start to finish. "
